Trial: Brownie Cookies

Trial: Brownie Cookies

As per my summer of recipes, I have been tackling one new recipe every week. While sometimes I am not 100% in the mood to bake/cook, I always end happy that I tried it out. Some recipes are more of a leap, but for this […]

Trial- Brownie in a Mug

Trial- Brownie in a Mug

Welcome to week three of my summer of recipes! As you can see from the schedule, this was not a planned week! I was busy Monday and Wednesday night with dance, and Tuesday night I just crashed. But last night I had a teeny bit […]

Trial- Eight million kinds of chocolate in one brownie

Trial- Eight million kinds of chocolate in one brownie

I have been on the hunt for a brownie recipe that is a little different, and I found it!! There is no cocoa powder in this recipe, you start by melting a whole bag of chocolate chips with butter. They were not terribly difficult, I didn’t have to pay too much attention to what I was doing. I didn’t use the KitchenAid or an electric mixer, just a wooden spoon and a bowl. There is a full bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips, half a cup of milk chocolate chips, and an entire “take home” bag of M&Ms in this- go big or go home, right??
