(Over)Analysing Literature was so very kind to me and nominated me for the Liebster Award!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!!!!! I recently discovered her blog and it really is one of my favourites now. I am going to do the truncated version of this because my face still hurts and I don’t want to be too rambly. So, the rules?

  1. You have to thank the blog that nominated you.
  2. You have to answer the questions asked by the blog that nominated you.

Questions to Answer!

  1. What is your favourite flavour of ice cream?
    Hmmm, right now plain old delicious chocolate!
  2. List five ships you ship.
    Anne Shirley and Gilbert Blythe, Rory Gilmore and Logan Huntzburger, Elizabeth and Darcy, Jake Peralta and Amy Santiago, Mary, Queen of Scots, and Francis, King of France.
  3. Colour or color, theatre or theater, etc.?
    Colour, theatre, honour, centre- Queen’s English, of course.
  4. Favourite thing someone said today?
    I’ve been home sick and mumbling, so I don’t actually have an answer to this….
  5. If you had to choose between becoming a narwhal and becoming a flamingo, which would you choose?
    I would become a flamingo. I mean, they aren’t my favourite animal in the world, but I am afraid of things that life in water, especially other whales. Also, I’m pretty sure narwhales are hunted…. so, hard pass there.
  6. Never eat again or never drink again?
    No tea or no cookies?? Both are horrors I can’t imagine!!!!
  7. Favourite story to tell at parties?
    I’ve been to Kensington Palace four times, including having tea at the Orangery!
  8. Morning bird or night owl?
    Morning bird, 100%!
  9. Would you rather walk backwards for two days, or scoot on your bottom as your sole means of transportation for one day? (and if you choose to scoot, you can’t drive, ride a bus, etc.)
    Walk backwards for two days- it would be a hell of work out for your core.
  10. What is your stance on the Oxford comma?
    IT SHOULD BE ALL OF THE TIME, WITH SERIES, FILES, AND LISTS, DAMMIT. (I feel really strongly about the Oxford Comma.)
  11. A noise you heard while answering these questions.

  • Loved reading your answers! I agree with you on the spellings and also the Oxford comma (glad I’m not the only one who has VERY strong feelings about it, haha.) I just realised about question 6: no matter which one you pick, you’ll never be able to have tea and cookies together ever again! Or tea with any yummy tea-time treats. Pretty bad deal, either way.

    Anyway, thanks for answering my questions, I had fun reading this post. 🙂
