Ornament of the Day: Scottish Queen Victoria Ornament

Another Ornament of the Day as we quickly approach Christmas Day! While I do buy/make many ornaments myself (they are the best souvenirs), some are gifts. And I love them as much or more than the ones I find myself. This Scottish Queen Victoria ornament is a gift from one of my closest friends, and it is now a point of pride on the Christmas tree. Between the thoughtfulness behind it, and the detailing on it, it is one of my favourite ornaments now!

I’ve got to say, I”m quite fortunate that I’ve “met” many amazing people online. And one of the best is Kristin Contino- we bonded quickly over our love of royal history and it just went from there. So, she knew that I kept going back and forth on ordering this Scottish Queen Victoria ornament from HRP. And to my delightful surprise, she sent it to me for Christmas this year, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Now more than ever, I am appreciative of friends who just get me. (And get why this tiny Queen Vic is so adorable…)

Also, Kristin’s book, A House Full of Windsor, is out on 13 July 2020, and you absolutely should pre-order it now!
