My relationship with Lululemon has been slightly fraught. Prices are slowly rising while sheer leggings and rolling hems can be an issue. However, there are still a few different pieces that I still reach for and I recommend no matter what. I grabbed both of these in a new colour when I was in Banff (you can always branch out.) Somehow I’ve been a Lululemon customer for twelve years (TWELVE??? Where has the time gone?) and I’ve tried a wide range of products, it’s time I share my Lulu brand knowledge with all of you!
It didn’t work out last summer, but I will be taking a ballet class with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet this summer!!! I could not be more excited for this. I haven’t taken any ballet classes in almost 4 years now, so it will certainly kick my butt, but I will love it. Continue reading
I’m not going to lie, I didn’t exercise at all when M was visiting. We don’t get too much time together in the same place, so I’m not going to waste it on anything other than being with him! However, I haven’t been pushing myself as hard as I usually do, for probably the last month. I am not sure why, but I need to get back into shape. So far, I am 4 for 5 for exercising in the last 5 days, and I’m looking to keep the momentum going! Continue reading
Like any other Canadian female twenty something, I have quite a bit of familiarity with Lululemon. I danced for almost two decades, and it was nice to have activewear for my to-and from class that wasn’t purely functional (read: actually cut for women) and good quality. I bought my first pieces from Lulu in 2005- I still have those Groove Pants, and they are in great condition. The original Scuba I had lasted about 5 years with a great deal of wear.
