History in the Making

The Future of Style File Friday?

If you read my post on Wednesday, you will know that An Historian About Town is relaunching on September 1st! I will be continuing on with Style File Friday because style posts are some of my favourites to write, and I think that developing your own wardrobe and style is important to everyone’s own path in life.

Style File Friday

From my poll last week, it seems that you, my dear readers, still want to see a mixture of everything! I will be sharing my favourite items and products, in addition to my tips and guides on how build and develop your wardrobe and sense of style, as well as more of my favourite style resources. Something that is important to me is that anyone can use my advice, no matter what your own wardrobe looks like! I’ve had a few different readers contact me with Style File Friday requests- if there is anything that you want me to discuss or research for Style File Friday, please let me know!! I’m happy to help solve your style dilemmas, and I love a good challenge.

These are some of my favourite style posts that are older, and a lot of my newer readers might not have seen yet!

RepliKate

RepliKates– In my opinion, the Duchess of Cambridge has one of the best senses of style in the public eye right now. She walks the line between stylish and elegant, and rarely ever has a sartorial mis-step. I’ve been able to collect some of my own repli-Kate pieces, but it’s all about making them work for you!

Longchamp Le Pliage Review

Longchamp Le Pliage Review– My Longchamp large Le Pliage is probably one of the best style investments I’ve made thus far. I’ve owned different nylon bags, but I definitely see a huge difference between my no-name nylon bag and my Longchamp! I actually have plans to visit the Longchamp store in London (stay tuned for that shopping list…), and I’m going to be keeping an eye out for more.

Statement Flats

3 Pairs of Statement Flats– If you are following me on Instagram, you will see these flats featured on a regular basis in my #ootd stories. I’m a big fan of embracing flat shoes- you don’t need to wear heels all of the time to make a statement, you just have to find the right flats for you!

What do you want to see on Style File Friday??

Until tomorrow,
