I do my best to be helpful to readers in some way, shape, or form. That often comes in the form of educating and answering questions. However, sometimes I like to get creative and have a little bit of fun. Over the past few years, I’ve shared several recipes like my reindeer cookies, biscotti, caramel marshmallows, and more. And I’m back today to help again with your holiday part and entertaining needs. I’ve gathered some of my favourite songs into a classic playlist that is appropriate for any age and any occasion! I’ve got the An Historian’s Classic Christmas Playlist ready for you below…

An Historian’s Classic Christmas Playlist
This holiday playlist is just over two hours long, so it should be a good length for a gathering- you can loop it through a second time if you need to! I’ve tried to include a wide variety of Christmas carols and songs from many different artists in different genres. There is not too much of any one artist or type, so it should not be enough to annoy anyone. (Except for those Grinches who don’t like any Christmas music at all, we can’t change their minds!)
It is linked here below- you should be able to play it here or in Spotify directly. You should not need to have Premium Spotify to listen (although you might have some ads mixed in if you do not). And if there are any songs that you would like to see added to the playlist, please let me know! I am more than happy to add any classics (however you define it) to the list.
I hope you enjoy listening to An Historian’s Classic Christmas playlist, and that you have a wonderful time entertaining this holiday season!
Cheers,
The Historian
