Yesterday’s post To Grinches and Humbugs was truly a rant, and a plea to celebrate the joy that people find in the holidays! The world is full of negativity and Debbie Downers, and this has inspired me to reach out to my readers to see what their holiday traditions are!

I have had several lovely readers let me know how they celebrate the holiday season in the last day, and it gave me a wonderful idea!
I would love to hear your holiday traditions, and share them with everyone. Do you have a recipe for cookies you always make? A movie you always watch? A book you always read? An event you always host? Please let me know what your holiday traditions are- you can leave a comment below, fill out my Contact form, or send me an email at anhistorianabouttown@gmail.com to let me know what you and your loved ones do at the holiday season! No matter if you celebrate Christmas, Kwanzaa, Hannukah, Grinch Day, or anything else, please let me know!

This will be 1 or 2 posts where I will share a collection of different traditions and ideas, to highlight how our differences can bring us together. Please feel free to send in pictures (if applicable), share recipes, blog posts, or anything that helps describe it. If you have a blog or a website, I would love include that. If you would like to remain anonymous, I can absolutely do that as well. This project is meant to be a way to bring people together to celebrate the holidays, get to know each other, and just have some fun! If you could send it to me by November 18th, that would be lovely and I can have things ready to go for Blogmas! And please let anyone you think might be interested know 🙂
So, what are your holiday traditions?
Cheers,
The Historian
