The holiday season is the season of baking. Although I love baking the whole year round, I know that many people only bake during the holidays. However, many of my friends don’t like baking at all. (And I get it, it can be a lot to deal with.) I like to mix in no-bake recipes, as well. So, this salted chocolate fudge recipe is as easy as it gets. A no-bake fudge that is a crowd pleaser, and no baking skills required- this is my holiday gift to you. Onto the recipe!

Easy Salted Chocolate Fudge Recipe
Normally I would share where I found the recipe here, but this is actually my own creation. I’ve made enough fudge recipes to know the simpler, the better. I don’t actually have a candy thermometer at the moment, so that cuts out most fudge recipes. This is only 4 ingredients (you could get it down to 3 if you cut out the salt), and you don’t need anything special to make it.

Salted Chocolate Fudge Ingredients
-1 can of condensed milk, sweetened (NOT evaporated milk) 400 ml/14 oz
-1 ¾ cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
-1 tsp of vanilla extract
-salt

Salted Chocolate Fudge Directions
- Fill a double boiler with hot water and set to medium heat (you want a low boil). If you do not have a double boiler, you can use a metal bowl over a pot.
- Empty sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract into top pot.
- Continually stir the mixture until it is fully mixed and there are no lumps. (You shouldn’t see any individual chocolate chips.)
- Pour the fudge into a parchment paper-lined pan, either 8×8” or 9×9” (depending on how thick you want your fudge.)
- Sprinkle salt on top and allow to cool in the fridge for 2-3 hours before cutting and eating.
