I will be getting my first groomies! I don’t know how I feel about this, but if it’s anything like a bath, I know I won’t be impressed. Hoo-Mom will owe me MANY treats….

Lol my dog growing up hated baths…but she was quite a bit bigger. She’d fight as we put her in the tub 🙂 sweet, sweet dog but hated baths. And plastic bags. Lol

I’m slightly nervous for her, only because she hates baths so much that she can hurt herself trying to escape. However,they are professionals and probably do a waaaaay better job than I do!
I was the same when my pup got his first hair cut. He hates baths as well, and is always trying to escape. But you are right, they are professionals and they have calming techniques for the dogs. And are probably more calm that you are (dogs can sense that sort of thing) when giving a bath and it will help to calm her down. I’m still anxious when I have to give my 11 year old dog a bath haha. But he’s grown to just accept the fact that it’s happening and literally just stands in the corner of the tub refusing to move to help me out. haha
