(I promise I will post about M and my adventures in Winnipeg for his trip, but being that I write ahead of time, that will probably go up later this week!)
In the last little while, I have received three new teas, and they are fantastic 🙂 They are a little different from the other teas I have, and I am quite enjoying them! What teas are they, you ask??
The first tea is Eggnog from David’sTea, and it was part of my Christmas present from Tiffany. I am not a fan of actual eggnog, but I like to try all of the David’s teas that I can. However, I didn’t get a chance to pick this up myself, so I was a little bummed. And then TA-DA!!! Tiffany gave me this 🙂 It’s quite mellow and relaxing, and you can really taste the white chocolate chips.  It is a rooibos, so I like to err on the long side of steeping, and add a few dashes of milk! I would drink this at any point during the year, as I don’t associate eggnog with Christmas. That and the fact that I truly wish it was Christmas all year round.
The second tea is Cranberry tea from a local shop in Washington, from Katelynne! She always knows exactly what kind of tea I should drink. It’s her super power, I think. I don’t like eating cranberries, but I love cranberry in tea! I like the Cranberry Pear from David’s, but I love this one more- the cranberry is tart but still mellow, and is great for waking up in the morning! I love my flavoured black teas, I am not ashamed to admit it, and this tea is no exception 🙂
The third and final tea is Jubilee from Fortnum and Mason. I am truly fortunate to have wonderful coworkers, and one stopped at Fortnum (on my recommendation!) and bought this for me. It is a blend of black teas from Ceylon, China, and India, and it is as smooth and sweet as it promises! While I love flavoured teas, sometimes a lovely black tea is perfect, too. This tea was created to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, and celebrate it does! Sidenote 1: Fortnum and Mason have the most beautiful caddies. Sidenote 2: If you have the chance, you must visit Fortnum!!
