Today (December 26) is Boxing Day, aka St Stephen’s Day for most countries in the Commonwealth! Though our neighbours to the South in the US don’t recognise it, it has been an important part of the holidays for all of my life! 

As previously posted, I love Christmas, and I fully embrace the fall as holiday preparation season. With my volunteer commitments heavy in September, I don’t wasn’t able to do as much prep as I wanted, but I have still accomplished a bit!
