Book Bite: I Capture the Castle

I Capture the Castle is one of those books that I’ve looked at for ages but never read. However, the film keeps getting recommended to me on Prime, and several authors have mentioned it on social media. So, I’ve decided that it is finally time that I read it. This Book Bite is all about Dodie Smith’s I Capture the Castle and how you can read it with me!

An Historian Reads… October 2021

I am happy to announce that I Capture the Castle is the An Historian Reads book for October and November 2021! If you are new to the blog, the An Historian Reads group is an online book club where we read different classics and discuss our thoughts. We read a few chapters each week, and discussions are entirely open. (No leading questions!)
