Work has been incredibly busy and incredibly stressful lately, so I’ve had to become more dedicated…

Run results

in my workout routine! I’m committing to running and yoga every day at lunch, and so far it is making a difference! The stress is still there but I at least am boosting my energy ๐Ÿ™‚

    I deal with it by going to the gym in my lunch break and sweating it all out. My mind feels so much more alive afterwards! It’s excellent that you’re smashing your goals ๐Ÿ™‚

      It has made me so appreciative of my hour long lunch – being able to get to the gym makes such a big difference!!

    I dance every week either after work or at lunchtime. If I don’t have classes on, I go to the gym opposite and work out to high energy music! A gentle yoga class is also helpful.
