Today is a little bit of good and a little bit of less good…
I’ve got to say, work has been very stressful and busy and this whole eating healthier thing is getting pretty difficult. For the most part, I’ve been able to stick with it and not give into my cravings for pop and candy, but there are a few evenings that it really would have been nice to pour myself a glass of coke. However, I’ve been really trying to make sure that I have things on hand to replace it, and I’ve been finding that infused water has been satisfying that craving for the most part. Because I’ve been quite tired when I get home I have just been throwing a few mint leaves into my water- easy and very refreshing!
How do you deal with work related stress?
