Snapshot Saturday, March 18, 2017

This week I attended a very special event for the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, and on the way back to work, I decided it was time.

Time to quickly stop by one of my favourite bakeries and pick up a cookie sandwich! Sweet Impressions makes simple but delicious cupcakes and cookies and I’m happy I decided to stop- it was a long week and it was a nice touch on fun day. It also reminded me that I wish bakers had hours that extended further past regular working hours- that’s why I usually can’t go! Also, if you tell me the cookie has sprinkles, I’ll probably be interested…

What is your go-to treat?

Until tomorrow,

I LOVE anything with sprinkles! I have actually been guilty of buying a baked good just because I liked the look of the sprinkles, haha. That cookie looks delicious 🙂

Looks awesome! There’s a bakery in Chicago & New York called Magnolia’s that sells the absolute BEST banana pudding you’ll ever have in your life. Anytime I get out of class early, I make my way down there. Delicious!!

I’ve been itching to go there ever since Kate Spade released their Magnolia collection!! It’s number 2 on my New York list (after the American Ballet Theatre 😊)!
