Trial- Apple Cheddar Muffins

Apple cheddar muffins are one of my 100% favourites- this recipe is delicious, easy to make, and definitely makes more than directed! 

Cheddar Apple Muffins

-2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
-1/2 cup granulated sugar
-1 Tbsp. baking powder
-1/2 tsp. salt
-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
-1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
-1 egg
-1 cup apple juice
-1/3 cup butter, melted
-1 cup peeled and finely chopped apple, about 1 medium apple

1.Grease 12 large muffin tins or line with paper baking cups.
2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in large bowl. Stir in cheese.
3. Whisk together egg, apple juice, and butter; stir in apple.
4. Stir liquid mixtures into dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened. Spoon into muffin cups, filling each to the top.
5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes or until firm to the touch. Cool in pan 5 minutes; remove muffins and cool on rack. Store in airtight container.

What changes did I make?
-I had more than enough batter for 12 full muffins, and 12 mini muffins!
-I baked them at 365°F for 23 minutes, and they were perfectly done!

I can’t recommend this recipe enough! It is spectacularly easy, you need only bowls, a whisk, and a spoon or fork. They are delicious, and make everything smell cozy and warm and cinnamony. Next time you are thinking of making muffins, go with these!!
