Merry Christmas Eve, all! (Blogmas #14)

To those of you working today, I hope you have a pleasant, lovely day and that you can get a good amount done without too much stress!

Today is a busy day for me! Loki is having a Christmas pawty for his best friend, Thorn, so we are going to watch them frolick in the snow! Plus, Thorn needs her Christmas toys from us! It’s probably going to look sooooomething like this:

Hopefully by the time this publishes, I will have all of my wrapping finished. I am a terrible wrapper (but a so-so rapper, for future knowledge); I like to think I make up for it with enthusiasm and attempt! Notice the crumpled paper in the back:

I am partway through packing, so there might be a sprinkling of laundry but it’s looking okay at this point! Packing cubes are a life saver, and I am totally happy with the $55 I spent on them. We will be heading up to Vancouver for a few days, so I can sort those outfits aside right from the get-go- saves me time later on.

We will have our family get-together this evening, as we always do. it is a fantastic meal, and a wonderful time with everyone. Methinks that a certain Alex is going to steal the show this year! After that, home to read. Or perhaps just go to sleep, because I am old and need sleep now. I try to specifically make time the time to read on Christmas Eve!

Do you have any Christmas Eve traditions?? Is it a relaxing day or a busy day?

Until tomorrow,
The Historian!
