It’s been a while since I’ve done a post on the blogs I’m following, and as such, there are quite a few that I am going to be sharing with you.
I discovered this blog while traversing the chick-lit tag, and I could not be happier that I did. Upon her recommendation, I gave Lucy Diamond a shot. It turns out, Lucy Diamond is a wonderful and engaging writer that I wouldn’t have tried until I read a handful about her books here. I am a reading nerd, and I love that the large majority of just another day’s blog covers reading. If you like chick lit, you HAVE to read this blog! Favourite Post: The Beach Cafe!
It’s ironic that I love a blog titled coffeesnob when I only drink tea, but I look forward to every post! She is currently posting a month of shelfies- I am loving it, especially the Cape Cod shelf. It feels like I am getting sneakpeeks into her brain. I would recommend checking this blog out if you are looking for low-key posts on a variety of topics! Favourite Post: Summer Reading Challenge- The Master List.
Ellen is also a twenty-something out in the career world, and it is nice to read about people in similar situations. She is realistic about life but stays positive and funny and helpful and when I feel bummed about where I’m at, this blog is super helpful. I could not ask any more of a blog- perfect for any twenty-something!! Favourite Post: 3 Month Shopping Ban!
As someone who has danced her entire life, a lifestyle blog that is centred on ballet is pretty much made for me. Kathryn is a former dancer for the New York City Ballet, and in addition to lifestyle posts, she also posts about stage make up, ballet technique, exercise, and vlogs. I personally love the posts involving fashion- I love being able to find more ballet-inspired to add to my wardrobe. This is a must-read for anyone even slightly interested in ballet!! Favourite Post: September Favourites (Bloch flats!!!).
An Irish-based style blog??? SIGN. ME. UP. It is all fashion and beauty posts, which is sometimes what you want. The reviews are honest and detailed- not always common in a world of often sponsored posts. (That’s no shot against sponsored posts, I’ve just been burned by some vague reviews.) I love the trend reports, helps me stay in touch with the fashion world, especially in Ireland! Dublin, I will be back again, I promise. Favourite Post: Yay or Nay? Plaid Trend.
Honourable Mention: Love, Skylar Marie
She is a lifestyle blogger who HAS A PUG. (I’m really hoping Lilly the pug appears soon 🙂 ) She only has a few posts, but this looks to be a promising blog!
