Style Saturday- 30 May, 2015

It has been far too long since my last Style Saturday! I shopped quite a bit on my trip, so I have a number of new favourites in my closet. I don’t know why, but the styles in Ireland and the UK suit me so much more than North American styles. Without any further ado, Style Saturday!

1) Hand Cream with Spa Day Tea, David’s Tea

When I was wandering through the Toronto airport before my flight to Dublin, and clearly I was going to go to David’s. While grabbing some Berry Poppins, I spotted this hand cream and was instantly taken with it. The cream isn’t too greasy, it’s not runny, and it smells fantastic. It’s a little expensive ($13 CAD for 85 ml), but I would say it’s worth it! Find it here.

2) Sawyer Street Maxi, Kate Spade

This wasn’t bought in Dublin, but off of the Kate Spade Surprise Sale a few weekends ago. With everything entirely included, the tote was $151 CAD! A lot of reviews criticised it for being made for Kate Spade outlets, but I don’t particularly care. I have the French Navy, I am proud of my self for branching out in colours! It works perfectly with my black Kate Spade Little Curtis without being too matchy-matchy. It’s a great size, and the leather is smooth and in wonderful condition. This was a perfect reward for a new job!

3) Mela Cream Floral Print Skate Dress, Dorothy Perkins

I, once again, tried to branch out from my regular trends, and this dress was the result. I absolutely love this- it is summery and light, and has a nice pop of colour! I was a little surprised with myself with the pink flowers, but it’s time to experiment. It’s also not a neutral dress, which is a wonderful change. Dorothy Perkins has the best dresses!

Until tomorrow,
The Historian!
